On-Line Briefcases

What are they? On-line briefcases are an opportunity for parents to explore a topic with their children. They include a list of books, websites, activities and movies that you can use for discovery. This is a new concept and we plan to continue to add additional briefcases to our list. If you have any ideas/suggestions or have a "briefcase" you would like us to publish, please send us an email.

How to Use Them?
Spend a day or a week on a briefcase. Check out the books and videos from the library. The books in these kits were available at the Hennepin County Libraries and may also be available at Carver County Libraries. It is recommended that you put the books/videos on hold at least 1-2 weeks prior to starting a topic to make sure that you have all resources on hand.
